Astutium Ltd, the only hosting provider with over 10 years of continuous uptime, has today announced the successful acquisition of PeachyHost.com (a boutique US Web Host)
As a result of the agreement, PeachyHost exits the industry following the completed transfers of all the domain, hosting, server, vps and cloud server customers to Astutium’s US operation.

Both Astutium and PeachyHost are privately held companies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition immediately provides all clients access to the centralised client portal Astutium:Unified, and enables use any of the companies services, including domain registration in over 1000 extensions plus the extensive range of shared and dedicated server solutions.
Existing email services and website hosting remain in US datacentres, but clients can now select to use of any of the Astutium network of hosting locations around the world.
